Hillary Pine is the current vice president of the Student Council and the leader of the Dance Committee as of The Third Wheel. She was the one who came up with the idea of the "Valentine's Day Dance" along with Olivia Davis. Eugene Ellis and Javan Hill tried to change it back to their "motocross/wrestling show" idea, but the teacher, Mrs. Birch, said they had to respect the decision of the committee.
