Olivia Davis was the secretary of Student Council as of The Third Wheel. She and Hillary Pine were the leaders of the Dance Committee. She only appeared in The Third Wheel.
In The Third Wheel, she is seen arguing with senior citizens during an argument at the Valentine's Day Dance caused by the fact that the Dance Committee and some senior citizens had both reserved the gym for the same night.
