Helen is Greg Heffley's great grandmother. She is the wife of William and the mother of Nana Heffley, Great Aunt Dorothy, and Great Uncle Charlie. She is never seen in any of the books except The Wimpy Kid Do-It-Yourself Book and eventually as a spirit in Double Down. She is Frank Heffley's maternal grandmother.
