Helen is Greg Heffley's great grandmother. She is the wife of William and the Mother of Nana Heffley, Great Aunt Dorothy, and Great Uncle Charlie.She is never seen in any of the books except she appears in The Wimpy Kid Do-It-Yourself Book.
