Girls Rule!
Girls Rule! is a comic made by two girls named Tabitha Cutter and Lisa Russel, whom the two main characters are based on. In Diary of a Wimpy Kid, while looking through the submissions for comics in the school paper, Greg reads this comic and considers it inferior to Creighton the Cretin. An original Girls Rule! strip is included as one of the full-color comics in The Wimpy Kid Do-It-Yourself Book.

A boy named Tyler Green starts walking near Tabitha and Lisa, who say he is "not even cute" and cannot walk near their lunch table. Tyler trips, and the girls laugh and say "Girls Rule!"
The Wimpy Kid Do-It-Yourself Book
Tabitha and Lisa gossip when Amanda approaches and asks if she can sit with them. They decline because she does not have a phone and is wearing the same earrings from the day before. A ball hits Amanda, and two boys tell her to throw it back. Tabitha throws the ball at the boy's stomach, and the three girls say "Girls Rule!"
