She was one on Susan's side according to the family tree in the extended version of Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Do-It-Yourself Book. Gramma and her sisters are her daughters. She is proclaimed dead in Hard Luck. It was also revealed she had a diamond wedding ring passed down from generations. She also started the annual Heffley family Easter egg hunt. In Diary of a Wimpy Kid Do-It-Yourself Book, Helen wears the same outfit she wears in Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Hard Luck.
