Poptropica is an MMORPG child-oriented game designed by the author of Diary of a Wimpy Kid, Jeff Kinney.
Poptropica has released two Diary of a Wimpy Kid-themed islands. Wimpy Wonderland, based on Cabin Fever was released in 2011. Wimpy Boardwalk, based on Dog Days, was released in 2012. Greg Heffley has appeared on the Main Streets of multiple islands to advertise the movies and books. Poptropica has also had many Wimpy Kid advertisements.
