Beach Fun Barbie
Beach Fun Barbie is a Barbie doll that Greg received for Christmas by Uncle Charlie in Diary of a Wimpy Kid. He initially asked for a Barbie Dreamhouse as a fort for his toy soldiers, but his dad denied giving it, despite having soldiers as part of his Civil War Battlefield. He did not see it as an appropriate toy for a boy, but Susan Heffley argued that Greg could experiment with it if he wanted to. Susan lost the argument, so Greg tried to get Uncle Charlie to buy the Dream House for him. To Greg's dismay, Charlie got him a Beach Fun Barbie by mistake, as he carelessly bought the first Barbie item he could find. Greg admits he did play with the Beach Fun Barbie until an incident where he got a pink Barbie shoe up his nose. The Barbie shoe incident is mentioned again in the Diary of a Wimpy Kid Do-It-Yourself Book where he mentions "Pink Barbie shoe stuck up nose" on the "List Your Injuries" page.
