Autoconfirmed users are editors that are automatically confirmed to be actual contributors to Wimpy Kid Wiki. In the fear that newly-created accounts may be used to cause harm, a system is in place to prevent giving too many privileges to them. An account is autoconfirmed when it has existed for a specific time and has made a specific number of edits.
Compared to newly-registered users, autoconfirmed users can edit semi-protected pages, move (rename) pages, upload files, and bypass the CAPTCHA.
