The Mingo Kids' woods are where the Mingo Kids live. It appears in Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Hard Luck and The Meltdown.
The woods first appears in Hard Luck, where one of the Mingo Kids warns Greg not to enter them. In The Meltdown, the woods are shown to contain many abandoned vehicles, with Meckley Mingo's belt buckle being located on a tree stump. A creek is also located near the woods.
