Mr. Larkin is the father of Larry Larkin, and he appeared at the Winter Talent Show in Rodrick Rules to watch his son perform a song on the guitar titled "Carnage". Halfway through Larry's guitar solo, Frank asks Mr. Larkin "what the worst thing the kid on the stage could say to him." Frank then responds to his queston saying "Hi Dad!" Mr. Larkin then moved to another seat of the autditorium. Greg says he thinks Frank's still wondering what happened.

- He wears glasses, is half bald, has a dark mustache, as well as a nose similar to Larry's.
