Healthy Snacks Man is a superhero made by Greg and Rowley, Greg said that moms are the ones that buy the stuff, so they decided to come up with something they like, however it was unsuccessful. Because of the name, Healthy Snacks Man is most likely a hero who gives kids vegetables to stay health.
