Chris Merkle is the bassist of Rodrick Heffley's band, Löded Diper, who appears in the live-action film adaptations of Rodrick Rules and Dog Days. He serves as the film counterpart to Drew from the Diary of a Wimpy Kid books and is played by Christopher De-Schuster.
