Bad Bradley

Bad Bradley is a book written by Susan prior to the events of Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Third Wheel. The titular character is based on Bradley, a kid who terrorized Greg in preschool. Susan wrote the book after he moved away. Greg writes that while Bradley was a bad kid in real life, he's "pretty much the Devil" in Bad Bradley, biting teachers and poking his thumbs in childrens' eyes. Bradley later moved back to Greg's town, causing Susan to be unable to publish the book. Susan reads Bad Bradley to Manny at bedtime, which Greg believes is the reason why Manny is scared of other kids his age.
