Aunt Mary Lou, is the great aunt of Greg, Rodrick and Manny and she only appears in the online version of Diary of a Wimpy Kid. Mary Lou gets Greg and Manny matching sweaters every year for Christmas while she did the same thing for Greg and Rodrick when the latter was younger.
Greg notes that Mary Lou's been getting rather "batty" as she's gotten older, and Greg admits that he suspects that Mary Lou thinks that Greg is Rodrick and that Manny is Greg. When Greg saw Mary Lou go up to Rodrick and ask, "Who are you?", it pretty much confirmed Greg's suspicions.
