Ugly Eugene

Ugly Eugene is a comic character that appears in Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Do-It-Yourself Book and its revised version The Wimpy Kid Do-It-Yourself Book. At the others you can make your own comics by writing the blank text by the characters in some of the sections.

The Character

Ugly Eugene is a kid whose hair is always standing up and his teeth are out. Everyone keeps on telling him he's ugly. One comic depicts him getting plastic surgery (which he payed extra because the doctor had to be staring at him for 12 hours) to impress two girls, to only find a headline saying ugly is the new cool.

Trivia

  • The character 'Ugly Eugene' originates from Jeff Kinney's college newspaper strip, IDGOOF. Here, he is shown to be a strip drawn by the strip's main character.
