Stew was a food item that was served at Hardscrabble Farms. Stew was made by kids putting there leftovers in a pot that is supposedly the same pot from many years ago. One kid found a taco shell in the stew (even though it is never said that tacos were served during the schools week long trip to Hardscrabble Farms) and another kid got sick by eating 3 bowls of stew, so the stew is either very bad or somewhat old.
