Plainview
Plainview is the city in which Greg and his family live. Its name is revealed in the Diary of a Wimpy Kid Movie.Greg lives in the sub-urban part of it so the urban-part is not seen.The part near Greg's neighborhood, the Surrey Street is hilly but there is also a coast-line as the beach has appeared and mentioned many times.It is unknown in which state it is located.In the movie Heather Hills can be seen driving before her 16th birthday, meaning the state's minimum driving age is either 14 or 15 as United States's driving ages vary from states and also Rodrick is said to be a highschool junior in one of the early book and still drives a car despite most highschool juniors being 14-15.
