Papa Tony's is a resturant that appeared only in Cabin Fever ,it is ran by Papa Tony (whose real name is unknown),the resturant makes and sells pizzas. - In the book Greg and Rowley went to Papa Tony's to make a newspaper headlined "Papa Tony's Pizza Stinks."
- In Greg's newspaper article,on the side there is a Papa Tony's advertisment which made Papa Tony angry as they had put his advertisment next to the article which criticised his resturant.
