Mr. Shropsharp

Mr. Shropsharp is a character from one of Greg Heffley's comics, although he tried to write it as a childrens book. He first appeared in "Wise Up, Mr. Shropsharp!" It was about him stating an opinion that was untrue, which was that he hated polar bears, and later on, he learns his lesson. It later shows him in the hospital, and the doctor says that Tobuk, a polar bear, saved his life. Greg wrote this book after he got fed up with the kind of books his mother was reading his younger brother, Manny, plus the fact that they were making tons of money for doing practically nothing. Greg states that he just forgot to make it rhyme, but if the company wants that then their gonna have to pay him extra. The company never responded to it after he mailed it to the publishers. Greg also complains that the books his parents used to read him were much more scary.

• In the online version of "Diary of a Wimpy Kid", Mr. Shropsharp is known as Mr. Lockerman.
• Many fans speculate that they didn't respond, because he didn't make it rhyme.
