He appears to be ok with his daughter, Mariana holding whatever kind of party she wants as long as it stays in the basement. He even allows a party to be held the year after it got so big that it spilled to the outside and the cops had to come shut it down. He watches a horror movie with his wife, Mrs. Mendoza during the party.
