Isabella

Isabella was the maid of the Heffley Family. She was hired by Susan Heffley. Before she came in to the house, Susan made everyone clear up all the mess because she thinks that Isabella might think they live in a "pigsty". When Susan came home, she was very impressed and didn't even remember that the family was the one who did it. But when Isabella came, all of her stuff was already done as everything was cleaned by the Heffleys a day before. So she just sat on the couch and watched TV and ate all the snacks in the house for two hours. Greg thought of making her do the laundry, but he realizes she won't listen to orders from a kid, so he wrote a note and puts his Mom's signature, but to avoid doing that Isabella just wrote notes asking which kid was Gregory. Greg wrote another fake note with his Mom's signature and says Greg is the one with blue wallpaper, but she writes again and asks another question, then Greg gives up. She also made snack selections and Susan would buy all types of snacks and write paper slips with "For Isabella" on them and locked them in the pantry and nobody was allowed to touch them. Greg finds out that Isabella has been taking naps in his bed upon finding a pantyhose sock in his blanket. After the Lock-In took place, Greg got sick, but his Mom had to go for a library assignment. As soon as Mom left, Greg locked his door and found lots of cars parking on their kerb. Isabella has called her friends to watch a soap-opera on the television but she is caught red-handed by Mom and Isabella and her friends fled. Mom then reveals to Greg and Rodrick that she has fired Isabella.
