Isabella

Isabella was the maid of the Heffley Family. She was hired by Susan Heffley. Before she came in to the house, Susan made everyone clear up all the mess because she thinks that Isabella might think they live in a 'pigsty'. When Susan came home, she was very impressed and didn't even remember that the family was the one who did it. But when Isabella came, all of her stuff was already done as everything was cleaned by the Heffleys a day before. So she just sat on the couch and watched TV and ate Barbecue chips for two hours. Greg thought of making her do the laundry, but he realizes she won't listen to orders from a kid, so he wrote a note and puts his Mom's signature, but to avoid doing that Isabella just wrote notes asking which kid was Gregory. Greg wrote another fake note with his Mom's signature and says Greg is the one with blue wallpaper, but she writes again and asks another question, then Greg gives up. She also made snack selections and Susan would buy all types of snacks and write paper slips with "For Isabella" on them and locked them in the pantry and nobody was allowed to touch them.She also took naps in Greg's bed. After the Lock-In took place, Greg got sick, but his Mom had to go for a library assignment so after she went out, Isabella called all the maids from neigbourhood for a soap-opera watching party,Susan came home early to look after Greg, but when she saw all the maids from the neigbourhood she got pretty angry and then suddenly all the maids including Isabella ran away. Isabella was fired by Susan and she said her services will no longer be required.
