Isabella was the maid of the Heffley family in The Ugly Truth. She was a lazy housekeeper, doing nothing but watching television all day and eating the family's supply of junk food. The Heffley family ended up doing all the household chores so Susan would not be dismayed. Eventually, Susan discovered one of Isabella's movie parties with other maids from the neighborhood and fired her, saying that her services "would no longer be required."
