Ian is a teenager in Greg's soccer team as the regular goalkeeper, but was eventually discovered to be at least 16-years-old (he's at least old enough to have a driver's license). Ian only appeared in the online version, and Greg claims that Ian was ultimately let go after a coach from one of the rival teams caught Ian driving to a soccer game, revealing that he was too old to be playing in a middle school soccer league.
