The Highway 1 Country Fair was a place the Heffley family read about in Family Frolic. It has been running annually for over 130 years.
History
In Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Long Haul
Greg and Rodrick Heffley, along with their father went and ate fried butter on a stick. Their mother, however, told them not to eat because she dislikes unhealthy food. After about an hour of walking the fairgrounds, their father went to the car to see if Manny was awake yet.
Greg and Rodrick came across a tent. Inside of it was the Foulest Footwear contest.
