Herbert "Herbie" Reamer was one of the teenagers who pinned Greg and Rowley's arm behind their backs, which he teaches them a lesson just like Pete Hosey do to them, but he then taunting over a Halloween night and he will also teach Greg and Rowley for trespassing after that he do what Pete do. He do the things that Pete do by grabbing Rowley and dragged him over the cheese. He is never seen fully, but when parts of his body is shown, they are silhouetted. So his face is never seen.
