Nurse is a character that appeared in Old School. She is in charge of the Nurse's Station at Hardscrabble Farms.
During the trust fall activity, Jeffrey performs a trust fall but he is a big boy and his weight bangs into Rowley and Gareth Grimes and causes them to collapse and smash each other. But one of Gareth's teeth is missing, so they got down on their hands and knees to look for his missing tooth until his cabinmate, Emilio Mendoza found it on Rowley's forehead. Mr. Jefferson told him he will have to run down to the Nurses Station to get the nurse and she brought the damp washcloth to Gareth Grimes to stop the bleeding from his tooth dislodged. But she cannot pull his tooth out of Rowley's forehead because it was still lodged in there. His father, Mr. Jefferson will call his wife, Mrs. Jefferson to come pick him up and take him to get it checked out. Greg wondered, he don't know if she ended up sending him to a doctor or a dentist, because he has no idea what he do for that sort of thing. Rowley returned to Hardscrabble Farms on Friday morning with a bandage on his forehead, possibly after surgery. When he saw Gareth Grimes, he brought the tooth on a jar and gave him back after he got infection from his tooth, that's how he was gone for so long from Tuesday to Thursday, possibly he stayed at home. Gareth was not sure what he was supposed to do with his tooth at this point. But then during the practice of building a campfire for the last day of the night, Rowley collected a bunch of weeds and tossed them onto fire, which is totally smothered it. It turns out Rowley collected a bunch of Poison Ivy leaves and he got covered with spots when he woke up on Saturday morning, and he possibly got exposed to Poison Ivy and his father, Mr. Jefferson also woke up and he had trouble breathing after he inhaled the fumes and got it into his lungs, possibly inhaling the Poison Ivy fumes after his son put Poison Ivy leaves onto a fire, which makes it hard for him to breathe well. Then the nurse called Mrs. Jefferson to come pick them both up and left. This leaves Greg's group as the only group without a chaperone because Mr. Jefferson already left due to breathing difficulty.
