In Diary of a Wimpy Kid and Diary of Wimpy Kid online, Susan and Greg buy him a wool sweater for Christmas. When Susan wraps the Giving Tree guy's and Greg's presents, she mixes them up and gives Greg the sweater while the Giving Tree guy gets Twisted Wizard. Susan calls it "a Christmas miracle" and thinks that the Giving Tree guy is happy that he got such a great gift.
