The '''Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Do-It Yourself Book''' is an activity book created by American author and game designer [[Jeff Kinney]].

This book is divided into two sections: an activity section and a "What's Your Story?" section, allowing the reader to write their own journal. The hardcover version of the book features 16 pages of full-color comics in the middle of the book, between the two sections(32 in updated version).
 
==Content==
About the first half of the book is filled up with activities. The activities include quizzes, personality questions, mazes, and drawing. It features several comic strips like [[Greg]]ory's "[[Creighton the Cretin]]" also "[[Lil' Cutie]] is featured. Many characters are mentioned in the book, the main being [[Greg Heffley]], [[Rowley Jefferson]], and [[Fregley]]. In the back of the book, there are many blank pages with random characters in the corners for you to mess around with. You can write a novel, draw, or do many other things. There are some things that have not been seen in othere books such as Fart Police-A Comic made by Gregory, Lyrics of Exploaded diaper in your face and Zoo-Wee-Mama Comics. Rodrick has a page just for him too.

*There are different designs of the book like for a non-hardcover, it's red and has less stuff than the orange design but there is a other design where it is like a paper bag covering surrounding Greg as he writes in his diary and has 32 more pages.
