In the online book, Collin has identical appearance to [[Alex Aruda]], and he takes up much of Rowley's significant roles, such as when Rodrick was tutoring Greg and Rowley how to play the drums.He is also Greg's backup friend in this series.He is depicted as being overweight and short in the book series,he also has no glasses and some curly hair on top,his looks have changed quite a lot.

In the online book, Collin has almost an identical appearance to Alex Aruda. He takes up much of Rowley's significant roles, such as when Rodrick was tutoring Greg and Rowley how to play the drums, and is also Greg's backup friend.

However, in the book series, Collin is short and overweight with curly hair and no glasses. He also has an extremely minor role, being only mentioned a few times and shown once. It is highly probable that the two are not the same character.
