'''Carter''' was one of the teenagers who threw water at [[Greg Heffley|Greg]] and [[Rowley Jefferson|Rowley]] on Halloween. He is not identified in the book, and he does not appear in any other of the sequel books except the first book. He is played by [[Samuel Patrick Chu]] in the movie. He is also the one who hurt Rowley when catching him and Greg. He later toilet-papered [[Gramma]]'s house with his friends because Greg and Rowley had hidden there.
