In Dog Days, Rodrick has a souvenir picture of him hanging out with a woman. When Greg went to the boardwalk, the woman turned out to be a cardboard cutout.
The same cardboard cutout appears on Wimpy Boardwalk. After you take a picture, you get free sunscreen. A picture similar to the one in Rodrick's keychain will then appear in the in-game Poptropica photo album. In the same area, a man is looking for his keychain, which he lost; it is being carried by a seagull flying around. When you give it to him, he thanks you and gives you the metal detector he was using to search for it.
