Arthur Heffley is Greg's Great Uncle. He cannot talk but instead grunts, wimpers and makes other noises. He is not married, making him one of Gammie Heffley's"Bachelors". He is almost bald and wears glasses. He almost always wears a tie, like Grandpa Heffley.
