Arthur Heffley is [[Greg Heffley|Greg's]] Great Uncle. He cannot talk but instead grunts, wimpers and makes other noises, so he probaly has a talking desise. He is not married, making him one of [[Gammie|Gammie Heffley's]]"Bachelors". He is almost bald and wears glasses. He almost always wears a tie, like [[Grandpa Heffley]]. He sleeps with Greg's brother, [[Rodrick Heffley]] when sleeping over at Gammie's house. He makes his debut in the Ugly Truth. Greg has speculated he may be attempting to communicate and as a result occasionally responds he appears in the Funbrain online version but is renamed.
