Template:InfoCharacter Chester Heffley was Greg's paternal great-grandfather. He was mentioned in The Ugly Truth, as to have died. He was the great-grandfather of Greg, Rodrick and Manny. He was the grandfather of Greg's dad, Uncle Joe, Uncle Lawrence and Uncle Gary. He was the father of Grandpa Heffley and Great Uncle Arthur and probably Bruce Heffley. He was married to Gammie Heffley.His funeral was attended by Uncle Lawrence through a webcam.
