In The Third Wheel,Michael tells his girlfriend Abigail Brown that he can't come to the school dance because of family obligations,he thought Abigail won't come to the dance,so he can go with Cherie.But when he arrived Abigail had already come,this made Abigail cry when se shaw Cherie.
