Billy Staples is a person who is the bully of Frank Heffley during his middle school, appearing in Cabin Fever.
Personality
He was very cruel, as he pinned kids arm behind their back until they started crying. He started crying himself after every kid in the neighborhood told their parents and they came to complain to Mr. Staples and Billy was then told not to bully kids again.
