Troop 133 is a Boy Scouts troop in Greg's neighborhood.

Role in Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Last Straw

In an attempt to escape Spag Union, Greg tries to join the Boy Scouts. He describes 133 as a fun troop that's always having pool parties and hot dog roasts and, what not, almost the inverse of Troop 24, which always does community service projects. Greg and Rowley both joined the troop. Rowley suggested doing something hard first. Greg was opposed to that, saying to do the whittling badge. Unfortunately, Greg underestimated the difficulty of whittling. Wood was too tough to do, so the scout master said to use soap instead. Greg got the soap wet enough to mush it into a sheep. He turned it in, and the troop master accepted it. Greg cheated and turned it upside down as the "Titanic", and that worked too. After turning in the "two" carvings, they got their merit badge. One weekend, the troop announced a "father-son campout". Greg was too sick to go, but Greg's dad signed up to go so he had to. While on the camping trip, Darren Woodley scared the urine out of his brother, Marcus. Darren laughed and Marcus bit Darren. Frank had to tell his wife, Susan at about 1:00 AM about the incident. After this event, Frank despises Troop 133, and he (presumably) forced Greg to quit Troop 133.

Possible role in book 5

Scouts goes out for the summer, so Greg is possibly still in Troop 133, unless he resigned and didn't write about this.
