The toll booth guy was a man in charge of a toll booth in The Long Haul. When the Heffley family went on a road trip and paid their toll, he told them in a loud voice to have a nice day, which nearly woke Manny up, which would've resulted in a temper tantrum but luckily, Rodrick put him back to sleep at the last second.
