Tingy was the name given to the blanket owned by Manny in the third book. Manny loved the blanket dearly, even when it was reduced to strips covered with smushed raisins. Frank eventually threw it out, and Manny had his ultimate revenge by playing with Frank's Civil War battlefield, resulting in it's destruction, explaining why he didn't work on it in the next book.
