Terrence Heffley is the second cousin of Frank Heffley. He looked identical to Greg Heffley when he was Greg's age, which according to him is very depressing. He is one of the Bachelors.

He has a large nose with round edges, faint moustache, four visible teeth, and round glasses.

He also has ears with a curved line on top with a straight line coming from the middle of the curve line.He is also half-bald with only a little hair on his back side.In his only appearance in The Ugly Truth, it was shown he wears short sleeve collared shirt and a tie for special occasions.
