Language Name Meaning

This template allows putting information about the foreign names of article subjects and their respective meanings in that languages into an article. The language's abbreviation and M (for Meaning) are parameters for this template. For Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Russian and Hebrew, an additional abbreviation + R (Romanized) can be used. The following languages are currently supported:

  • Jap (JapR / JapM) - Japanese
  • Spa (SpaM) - Spanish
  • Fra or Fre (FraM) - French
  • Dan (DanM) - Danish
  • Dut (DutM) - Dutch
  • Ger (GerM) - German
  • Ita (ItaM) - Italian
  • Por (PorM) - Portuguese
  • Rus (RusR / RusM) - Russian
  • Kor (KorR / KorM) - Korean
  • Chi (ChiR / ChiM) - Chinese
  • Rom (RomM) - Romanian
  • Nor (NorM) - Norwegian
  • Swe (SweM) - Swedish
  • Cze (CzeM) - Czech
  • Hun (HunM) - Hungarian
  • Pol (PolM) - Polish
  • Heb (HebR / HebM) - Hebrew
