'''Steel Scrub''' is the brand of steel wool pads used in [[Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Cabin Fever]]. They are used for washing pans, plates & silverware. It makes an appearance when [[Manny Heffley|Manny]] puts Greg's bumper sticker award in the middle of [[Frank Heffley|Frank]]'s new sports car. [[Greg]] gets scared that Frank would punish him, so he uses a sponge to scrub off the sticker. After discovering the steel pads, he uses them to scrub off the sticker. He also washed the whole car with it. He gets a shock after rinsing the car. It scrubbed off the paint too. After replacing the color with permanent marker, he replaces the bumper sticker's mark with a note in [[Susan Heffley|Susan (Mom)]]'s handwriting.
