Speed Bump

Template:InfoCharacterSpeed Bump is a character who appears in The Meltdown whom everyone would stay away from due to his two older brothers already being in jail. When Pervis Gentry was solving crimes during the summer, Speed Bump was found to be responsible for most of them.
