He Is The Son Of The Snella's And Greg's Neighbor.Mr.Snella Throws A Half-Birthday For Seth, And Makes Them Do Crazy Stuff To Try And Make Seth Laugh.But Mr. Snella Secretly Tapes All The Parents And Sends The Videos To "America's Funniest Families". The only time he laughed was when Greg was hanging from a tree with his pants down wearing womans underwear
