Say Hello to the Brand-New You! (Boys' Edition) is a educational video about puberty shown in Nurse Powell's class in Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Ugly Truth. Greg finds the video "disgusting" and says it looks like it was made 30 years ago. Rowley passes out two minutes into the video when he hears the word "perspiration," and starts thinking he will "catch puberty" from being around older people.
