Say Hello to the Brand-New You! (Boys' Edition) is a educational video about puberty watched in Nurse Powell's class. Greg found the video "disgusting" and said it looked like it was made 30 years ago, so Frank must've watched it when he was Greg's age. However, Rowley left after the two-minute mark when the word "perspiration" and became afraid of seeing older kids cause he would catch puberty from them.
