Rowley's cousins

These children are the cousins of Rowley. In the online version, Rowley invites them to his birthday parties. Some of them say non-sensical things about Rowley when the guests of the party have to say why they like Rowley. In the book version, They were Rowley's karate gang and it wasn't mentioned that they were cousins.
