Template:InfoCharacterRebel's Owner is an character that is mentioned in Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Hard Luck. Not much known about this character, Rebel's Owner had to install an electric fence to make sure Rebel couldn't get loose. So now Rebel cannot chase Greg and Rowley because he was wearing a electric collar, which they found out. If Rebel takes one step out of his yard, he'll get electric shock from his collar.
